Matta Ruiz Construcciones ("we", "our", "the company") operates the website mattaruiz.com. What data we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell products through this site. The only data we collect automatically is anonymous analytics generated by Google Analytics 4 (tag ID G-9E2VFM7PFD): approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, pages viewed, session duration, and the site that referred you. If you contact us voluntarily by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share (name, message, phone number).

How we use it

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful, to improve the site, and to measure the reach of our marketing. Information you send us directly is used only to respond to your request for a quote or consultation. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Under Law N° 8968, we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our website for analytics data, and on your consent for any information you voluntarily send through our contact channels.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC as our data processor. We will disclose data only if required by a competent Costa Rican authority or a valid court order.

Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months under default settings and then deleted automatically. Email and WhatsApp conversations are kept only as long as necessary to serve you and to comply with Costa Rican tax and commercial recordkeeping obligations.

Your rights

Law N° 8968 grants you the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to constructoramattaa@gmail.com — we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
